In which we are official
Putting it out there officially: We are looking for a renter for the lower level of the Ocean House. Ideal retail location with off street parking, views of the Harbor, lots of light, heating and AC, 1350 square feet with private bathroom. Ideal for gallery or retail location. Space comes with a 250 square foot outdoor terrace space facing Federal Street. ADA accessible. You guys have transformed an ugly duckling into a gracious swan (if that's an appropriate metaphor)!
I'd love to be able to see it in person, but that's not possible... your photos document it very well, so I almost feel like I'm there.
It's hard to believe how much of a change you've wrought, from top to bottom. You should be very pleased with yourselves... and I hope all works out well for you and the rejuvenated building.
